How to Reload in Philippines

How to load prepaid:
1. Dial 223 and press SEND.
2. Enter the first ten digits of the PIN and press #.
3. Enter the last 6 digist of the PIN and press #.
4. A voice prompt will then confirm that the reload attempt is succesful.

Balance Inquiry:
1. Dial 222 and press SEND.
2. You will receive a text update of your balance and remaining free texts.

Important Note: email and phone numbers are essential for delivery and confirmation, you can enter these information upon checking out. Our staff may verify with you by calling your contact number.

How to Reload Globe Credits Abroad

1. Dial *123*+call card number + PIN + # sign. Do not put spaces in between the number sequence. Press SEND.

2. A confirmation message will flash on your screen. "Please wait while we process your request."

3. You will then receive a message "Reload successful. Your balance is Pxxx.

NOTE: If you are roaming in Zone 3 Countries (ie. Canada, UAE, etc.) and you want to load credits using a Call & Text Card, just text LOAD<call card number><call card PIN> and send to 2215..

*Reloading via *123* is free.

**Cost to reload via 2215 in Zone 3 countries is P25/SMS.
